Baby Shower Inspiration!

So, those of you who read the blog regularly will know that I am in the process of planning my best friend’s baby shower which is very exciting. She is expecting a baby boy and we have taken the inspiration for her baby shower from two adorable outfits that she has bought – one is a blue and white striped onesie decorated with a faded Mickey Mouse figure and the other is a white sleepsuit with a bouncing Tigger on the front. The mummy to be has always loved Tigger and Mickey Mouse so these are the perfect inspiration for her baby shower. Not to mention the pale blue looks fantastic when combined with crisp white and popping orange 🙂

Baby shower ideas – Boy!

So, as I said in my last post one of my best friends is pregnant. I’ve already given you a hit of pink baby shower inspiration but this is for if we find out that she is expecting a boy! How exciting! To be perfectly honest I don’t mind whether she has a girl or a boy, all I know is that it will be the most beautiful ‘niece’ or ‘nephew’ ever! 😀

How fantastic is this bright rainbow themed party by Cake Ink?

I have a serious love of personalised bottle labels – particularly when they fit in with the colour schemes of the rest of the party! Plus the vintage tins are fantastic! Not only do they make great displays for the cupcakes but they would look cool on a shelf in the baby’s nursery or just stacked in the kitchen 🙂

Who doesn’t love a gumball machine? Plus the colours are fun and its great for any kids around. The little ribbon badges are super cute and the chocolate coins scattered around the table are just begging to be eaten!

Pink baby shower ideas!

I am so thrilled that one of my closest friends is expecting a baby – it’s such an exciting time and, as a party planner, I have been given the honour of throwing her a fantastic baby shower. We won’t actually know what she is expecting until next month BUT if it’s a girl this will be the party inspiration.

These gorgeous baby shower images were all taken from projectnursery.com (i have seriously got to stop looking at that site it’s making me broody!). I’m loving the little baby-gro shaped invites, the paper baby shoes and the pink pom poms!

More paper pom-poms, a really summery treat here – this is actually a kids party but the ideas are so inspirational. Loving the bunting and all of the matching details 🙂

 

How amazing is this pink and red sweetie table? Love it! Plus the cake pops in ice cream cone are a great idea!
